Cancer was named by the ancients, after
the great veins that usually surround the malignant growth, who compared
them to the "claws of a crab" or "cancer" (Latin). - Reich
(page 61).
Editor's note: These
"great veins carry glucose to the cancer site. Also, the increased
blood flow to the cancer creates a "hot spot" that is the basis for
"thermography" which can see cancer years before "mammography".
Mammography looks for the increased density of tumors. Thermography is a
much more gentle procedure that does not require squashing the breasts
(contributes to breast sagging), nor does it expose the breasts to
cancer-causing radiation, making it
"much safer than mammography. Modern high-resolution thermography
devices are much more accurate and reliable than mammography. For
initial screening, thermography should replace mammography everywhere
immediately.
"A unique aspect of cancerous tumor growth
is a process called neoangiogenesis (new blood-vessel growth). As the
cells multiply, they need an increased blood supply to bring in
nutrients and remove waste. This increase in circulation gives off heat.
An infrared-type camera can detect this heat, giving the patient and
doctor an opportunity to take action long before a tumor develops...thermography
can see developing pathology eight to 10 years before any other method.
This is well in time to take corrective measures to stop or reverse the
deterioration. (My research and years of clinical experience suggest
that one can usually reverse precancerous cells. Once they become
cancerous, you are dealing with another animal entirely.)" - Dr.
Robert Jay Rowen's Second Opinion, June 2002.
Consider the preventative benefits of an early warning!
The US has the highest rate of breast disease in the world. The good
news is that research has finally confirmed it is not primarily related
to family history.
This means it is a PREVENTABLE disease. Even more compelling, it means
that a strategy for minimizing your odds of developing breast disease
can be to make basic lifestyle changes while incorporating new, predictive
screening technologies like Medical Infrared Thermal Imaging.
Thermography can forewarn women of breast
health problems up to 8 years before symptoms may be visible. Avoiding
breast cancer sounds like a better idea than just detecting it …

Thermography is not a stand alone diagnostic device and does not replace any other diagnostic device or examination,
and is therefore used as an adjunctive screening tool with other such devices and examinations

Why use Thermography for breast screening?
To understand how thermography can be beneficial, the above visual
chart is quick and easy to understand.
This is a hypothetical chart, of course, but it can be representative
of an average growth pattern of a slow-developing breast tumor. Most
doctors agree and even tell their breast cancer patients that a growth
may have been there for 8 or 10 years.
Mammograms are a good tool for determining the exact location of a
developed tumor, but it is not an early warning system, which some women
assume that it is. “Early” is a relative term, so if a mammogram
can see it in the 8th year, it is earlier than the 10th year, but in
any case, even the 7th year may be too late to change the outcome. The
real danger of breast cancer is determined by whether or not it has
spread to a vital organ. If it is going to spread, it has had many years
to do so. We deserve earlier detection, and this is it.
Thermography can see the blood supply that feeds a tumor in its microscopic
infancy, and the only way to possibly detect it in that stage is to
establish a thermographic baseline and monitor every year for the real
early signs!

Thermography is not a stand alone device and is approved as adjunctive to be used with other approved diagnostic devices.

High definition (or high resolution) thermal imaging
refers to the fine detail and clarity of a thermal image. This means
it contains a large number of pixels per unit of area. In this case,
a thermal imaging camera taking a high definition photo means you will
find greater thermal detail at any distance. You can find significant
problems that could be missed with a lower resolution thermal imaging
camera.
Med-Hot’s new HD-3000 high definition thermal
imaging camera has a 320X240 detector, which delivers 76,800 pixels
in a thermal image. That’s 4 times better resolution than a thermal
imaging camera with a 160x120 detector! To the medical thermologist,
a high definition thermal imaging camera means greater interpretation
accuracy.
It is also the new standard for medical thermal imaging
cameras. Whether you seek to expand your practice to include thermal
imaging or to provide highly accurate reports to your patients, a high
definition thermal imaging camera is a must-have for practitioners who
incorporate prevention as a method of providing quality-of-life healthcare
for their patients.
A high definition thermal camera is also ideal for
medical practitioners who demand the most accurate technology with the
best performance and is ideal for the busy thermography practice that
intends to use the thermal imaging camera every day.
