Directions by Car

From the East: Take either the LIE (495) to Exit 41N (106/107) or the Northern State to exit 35N (106/107). Once on 106/107 north go approx. 3/4 of a mile and bear left at the fork (Rt. 107) and continue approx. 5 miles until it merges with Glen Cove Rd.  Once on Glen Cove Rd. continue until you come to another fork (Glen Cove Rd (107) to the left -  Cedar Swamp Rd to the right. (Bear left staying on Rt.107 - Glen Cove Rd.). Two lights past the fork make a right on Pulaski St. Make your first right immediately into our parking lot. Our building is 70 Glen Street- Pistilli Metro Center. There is parking in the office bld. lot and if needed there is also parking on Glen Street (in the front of the building or the Municipal Parking garage on Pulaski). The upper two levels of the municipal lot offer free long term parking.

Alternate route from the East: Northern State to Exit 31 North. At light, make left on Glen Cove Rd. and continue North past 25A until you come to another fork - (Glen Cove Rd. 107 to the left -  Cedar Swamp Rd. to the right. (Bear left staying on Rt.107 - Glen Cove Rd.). Two lights past the fork make a right on Pulaski St. Make your first right immediately into our parking lot. From the West: Take either LIE (495) to Exit 39 Glen Cove Road or Northern State to Exit 31 Glen Cove Road (go to light and make a left turn)  Travel north on Glen Cove Rd. past Northern Blvd. (25A)  Travel another few miles until you come to a fork (Glen Cove Rd 107 to the left and Cedar Swamp Rd. to the right).  Bear left staying on Rt.107 - Glen Cove Rd. Two lights past the fork make a right on Pulaski St.  Our building is immediately on your right- 70 Glen Street - Pistilli Metro Center. There is some parking in the office bld. lot but if needed there is parking on Glen Street (in the front of the Bld. or the Municipal Parking garage on Pulaski). The upper two levels offer free long term parking.

Directions By Train:  LIRR – Take from either Penn Station or Jamaica to the Glen Street Station. We are an easy 10 minute walk north from the station (head toward the village of Glen Cove and onto Glen Street). We are 70 Glen Street (Pistilli Metro Center).

Taxi from the Train Station:  Call Arena Taxi service and they will meet you at the train station -  516-671-1848.  We are a two minute taxi ride from the Glen Street Train Station.

WEEK-NIGHTS:    FRONT DOOR TO BUILDING IS CLOSED AT        7:00 PM

SATURDAYS:       FRONT DOOR TO BUILDING IS CLOSED.

SUNDAYS:           FRONT DOOR TO BUILDING IS CLOSED.

AT THE ABOVE TIMES PARK IN THE REAR OF THE BUILDING, IN THE PARKING LOT.USE THE GROUND FLOOR, REAR DOOR TO ENTER THE BUILDING.  IF DOOR IS LOCKED, USE THE WALL MOUNTED PHONE.  DIAL # 025 TO REACH OPTIMAL WELLNESS, TO BE BUZZED IN.  THEN TAKE THE ELEVATOR TO THE SECOND FLOOR.  TURN RIGHT AND GO TO THE END OF THE HALL.
